OUR SERVICES FOR NONPROFITS

• Professional development workshops and coaching: While many professionals are able to intuitively identify a good story, the process of making it as compelling as possible is more elusive. In our custom training programs, we provide your participants with the knowledge and skills to use storytelling in a variety of professional settings, whether during a program orientation or at a campaign rally or fundraising event. We also provide individual coaching for professionals with specific goals.

• Creative advocacy and development events: At Stellar, the majority of our team has worked for decades in the nonprofit sector as directors of programs, development, and communications. We love exploring with you how your nonprofit can use storytelling at events to improve the experience of your guests. Our clients include local nonprofit and national associations.

• Intercultural Storytelling for Professional and related Diversity, Equity and Inclusion programs: Nonprofits know the importance of creating welcoming and inclusive workplaces and communities. Storytelling is an effective vehicle to furthering this mission. Our international team of professionals will partner with you to advance your DEI goals through unique programs such as our Intercultural Storytelling Training for Professionals, to custom showcases featuring diverse voices from within your institution that foster meaningful relationships among colleagues.

Once clear goals are outlined, we customize our training and events to meet your needs. Given our commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion, we will recommend how to elevate voices of people of color, immigrants, and individuals with disabilities.
